HostedSuite has a wide variety of reports.
Reports are accessed from the Reports menu.
The Report Viewer shown in the image above has main sections.
The left of the Report Viewer shows settings that can be specified for the selected report
The list at the top of the report settings section allows you to select the report you want to view
Once a report has been selected, the settings for that report are displayed.
Click the Generate button to generate the report.
The right of the Report Viewer displays the generated report output.
At the top of the report is a toolbar which allows you to navigate the report.
You can also export the report to various formats for later processing.
Account History Report
This report provides a summary report of the line items for the specified client(s) in the specifed time frame including line item totals.
Activity History Report
This report provides an audit trail of all actions taken by the specified user(s) over the specified time frame.
Call Allowance Report
This report provides a current client's call balance over the specified time frame. For more information see Call Allowances
Call History Report
This report provides detailed call information for all call received in the specified time frame.
Client Call Summary Report
This report provides summary information for call received for the specified client(s) over the specified time frame.
Operator Performance Report
This report provides performance metrics for the specified operators in the specfied time frame.
Lead Conversion Report
This report shows lead conversions over the specified time frame.
New Leads Report
This report shows all new leads in the specified time frame
Email Address Report
This report provides all of the email addresses for each contact in the database
This report provides a list of all centers, clients, and contacts in the database
Client Reservations Report
This report provides the list of reservations grouped by client and meeting room along with usage totals for easy billing.
Meeting Room Usage Report
This report provides reservation usage grouped by meeting room
Tickets by Date Report
This report provides a list of all support tickets by date
