About the Telephony Server
In order to use the HostedSuite Operator Console, however, you will need to provide a Windows PC at your local center that the software will run on.
This requirement ensures that your call center has resiliency in the event of an Internet failure and maintains efficiency so that calls can be handled as fast as possible.
The Telephony Server connects directly to your phone system and provides web based screen pops for your operators.
