HostedSuite provides a rich ticketing system that allows the management of support tickets.
The ticket admin interface is accessed from the Tickets menu.

Tickets can be created by clicking the New button.
Tickets can be deleted by using the Delete button.
Tickets can be canceled using the Cancel button.
To mark a ticket resolved, click the Mark Resolved button.
To re-open a ticket, click the Reopen button.
To add activity to a ticket click the Add Activity button.
Clients can submit new tickets from the client portal. For more information see Portal
